A less direct route to the sky.
Pilot, former aircraft engineer, lifelong learner and emerging author.

Biography
The person behind the uniform.
Matthew Borg Carr is a Maltese pilot and emerging author. Before reaching the flight deck, he worked in aircraft engineering and cabin crew—experiences that gave him a rare view of aviation from the hangar floor to the passenger cabin and, eventually, the cockpit.
His story is defined not by a straight ascent, but by persistence, self-questioning and the decision to keep moving when confidence was uncertain.
